It is fine to take prenatal pills before you are pregnant. My doctor told me this. Your calcium levels may get to high and you might get constipated. I take magnesium citrate(Natural calm) to help. I looked on the net. for my recommended dosage.

If she's ingesting a good selection of healthful ingredients i'm particular she'll be nice, prenatals are pretty for the mum to stop the mum from turning out to be malnurished because the baby takes each and every of the foodstuff it needs from the moms body. besides the undeniable fact that, you do choose alot of folic acid, you will get folic acid pills that are by themselves, i do not imagine they'd make her ill because they're so small, she ought to attempt them, if no longer eat ingredients severe with folic acid. If she needs to take some type of diet she will be able to take the toddlers chewable ones, tell her to ask her surgeon.

Actually good things happen. They make your hair grow faster and generally healthier Also your nails might be stronger or grow faster as well.
Other than that, it's just like taking any other vitamin. Nutrients are a good thing but just remember not to load up on any one vitamin or mineral. Too much of a good thing can turn bad.

No, prenatal vitamins just usually have more folic acid and some other necessary vitamins in it for pregnant women. It won't affect you adversely if you're not pregnant. I doubt it'll be you more fertile though.

I would just take a women's multi vitamin and not worry about it. Im sure it won't hurt you but why spend more money on those.

I don't know but maybe you should ask your doctor but I would think that you probably should not take pills unless you need them
