Definitely. Sex is when the penis penetrates the vagina (or for homosexuals - the anus), even just a little bit - no matter if you are using a condom or not. Just make sure to always use a condom because you can easier catch STD's.

If your penis was inserted into the vagina of a real woman, then yes. Even if you only went down on her once and pulled out, that's still considered sex, an orgasm doesn't have to occur either. Keep using the condom, it shows you both are mature enough, for the most part, to handle the consequences of sex.

Oh no, it doesn't count cause gee rubber just makes it all disappear like nothing happened.
