Well you can put certain aspects of your life on hold. For example if you are fixing to go to college or go back after the summer break but need some more time due to stress or whatever, just go back in the Spring. You can also put relationships on hold, but don't expect someone to wait forever. You can also tell your close friends you need some time to yourself. Just explain to them why you feel this way, they'll understand. Depending on where you work you can request some time off.

Sure. Travel at the speed of light, and time will stop for you.
If you traveled at the speed of light, your watch will not advance at all. Scientists have put a very accurate clock on airplanes and flew it around the world. They then compared the clock to one that had not been on the plane. The clock that went on the plane was a few microseconds slower than the other clock. Time on the plane was going slower than time on the ground. If you go faster, then time will slow down more, until you are going the speed of light, when time stops.
The problem (as understood so far) is that to reach the speed of light, a unit of mass requires an infinite energy input. Approaching the speed of light can be achieved with exponentially-greater energy input, but you can't actually reach it. The mathematics may suggest that time will run
backwards for you, *IF* you exceeded the speed of light, but since you can't, the mathematical implications remain merely a theoretical curiosity.

Yes, take all the time you need. You're no good to anyone
let alone yourself until you fix you. Everything in this world can wait. Feel better than conquer the world!
