keep in mind that i will be a sophmore this year....... and i really don't want anything that's gonna stop my natural growth (height and all that) i currently bench 230, i am 180 pounds, and yea please help me out here

Being a minor in health I can tell you there is no supplement that does anything better than eating enough calories.

Jsut eat as much as you burn.

As for the routine I take it you want to be either "hot" or strong for football or some other sport. Do push-ups and bycicle crunches, a well as power cleans and squats. yo uwill be set with that.
