Have you checked for another one at a junkyard?
Sometimes it just isn't worth all that work because you'll find it's all corroded anyway when you do get it apart.
Does the piston move at all? Can you push it down and then try scraping out the back of the bore with a blade or something? If it doesn't move, junk it.

Listen to "auntiegrav". If it doesn't want to come out, it's probably to corroded for the new rebuild kit to work without leaking. I'd try to find another master cylinder. If you still want to try to get it apart, does the rod move in and out at all? Try grabbing the rod with a needle nose pliers and pry it out. Needle nose vice grip pliers might be best. I wouldn't waste my time trying to rebuild it.
