COCO BONGO! been to cancun 6 times and visited almost all the clubs/bars they have to offer, and definitely COCO BONGO is the place you don't want to miss. It might be a little expensive (45) but its totally worth it.

It would have to be Coco Bongo's without a doubt. It costs 45 USD a person to get in but its well worth it. They put on a Las Vegas Circe De Soli type show. All the drinks are included too

All the ones that other answerers have adviced...mine? The brand new Acqua Lounge-Bar at Fiesta Americana Grand Acqua, is it very classy, wonderful drinks and lovely view.
If you are looking for wild party don´t go there, Coco Bongo´s would be my choice.
