I have a bad cough and cold due to constant climate change !!!!! Help !!!!

hydrate yourself. Over hydrate yourself. Flush your body out. Water, hot tea with lemon will help open up your nasal passages. Take some vitamin C

Father Johns...about six bucks on the bottom shelf at the drug store. That and acetominophen...two every 4 hours and lots of bed rest. Father Johns is thoroughly gross but no more coughing. PERIOD. Feel better honey. Does your throat hurt? Then you need HALLS MAX...oh thank Heaven. They will completely knock out your sore throat. Scary completely.

take some cough syrup. and just make sure u have enough kleenex im getting over the same thing right now. its gonna be bad but get lots of rest.
