(This question is asked mainly because some people are stupid enough to say that an early abortion is ok because it's not a baby yet.)

Pro- Choice? That's a lie, babies don't choose to die!

It's the mothers body? I think not, it's the babies that is being ripped apart and sucked out, not hers!

If you go to the first link i posted, you'll read that less than 5% of women raped, actually get pregnant. It's not common.

hey hun...i agree with you %100.10....i don't care if its the size of a grain of sand or if it weighs 8 pounds....its a baby in its beginning stages and its a baby when its getting ready and positioned to be born into this world...the only time its NOT a baby is when the sperm is in the male and the UNFERTILIZED egg is in the woman....when these to meet and fuse together it is a living growing child!....and people know this or they wouldn't have created the morning after pill and the irresponsible ladies wouldn't be running out to buy it....im so glad you see it the way i do....just because some people choose to think that its an embryo or a fetus doesn't make them any more innocent of murder!....and to answer some of these peoples questions on here YES i would keep the child if i was raped....the love you will feel for that child and the unconditional love that child will feel for you may be the only thing to heal your broken heart!....love daisy

Given the fact that some women use abortion as birth control, which it is not, is actually the main reasoning behind prolife. This is not the issue in every case. It violates the abused rape victims, those wives that can't just "keep their legs closed"because of their abusive husbands, and those women who are abused by family members or guests. Being forced to bear a child to constantly be reminded of their real life horror story, after already having been abused, is horrific. Those people trying to say that all woman getting abortions are murderers are crazy. Because the majority of these people had NO CHOICE in being in their situation. But then again, prolifers must have not gone through the same experiences, and therefore it's easier to have supremist opinions because you must have made better choices in husbands, boyfriends, families, and jobs.
How many people have you helped in your own lifetimes? If you're prolife, why not be PRO LIVING? What about those that are already living or trying to? Until you people are ready to help someone in need before they are faced with a desperate choice of abortion, you have nothing to say now. And saying nothing about the living, Prolifers, makes you phonies.

Well thats your oppinion but most people oppose that. I think every mother has the right to do whatever she wants to do with her unborn child. Sometimes people simply are too poor or the baby will be born into a family that doesnt want it. Then you have suicide and depressed kids who will never have a nice life. Abortion should be up to the person. Imagine a 16 year old gets pregnant and she is very poor. What can she do?? She will lose her education and all chances of living a nice life. I wouldnt want to be a father when im 15-16.

If your pregnant then you ARE having a baby!
If you choose not to have the baby then that's your right and it's between you and God or whatever beliefs you have.
I personally believe in the right to decide for yourself. I don't think it's ok if it were me, but who am I to tell others whats right for them. Who's gonna take care of all these unwanted children, when they grow up being taken care of by the state or with druggie prostitute mothers and no father? The issue is a lot bigger than we could state in a short answer on here. I see where your coming from but it's naive to think narrow minded thoughts will solve this issue over all. The what would be mother is going to make a life time of worse mistakes if she had to bring that baby into the world. I have never had an abortion,and never plan on it.That said,your statement about an abortion making a woman a mother of a dead baby offends me.I had an ectopic pregnancy and had to have the embryo surgically removed to save my life.There is no way to save the embryo in that case.I later had a pregnancy where the embryo died and I had to have a D&C to have what hadn't come out on it's own removed.I do not think that made me a mother of dead babies.There is also a difference between embryo and fetus.If I thought the way you do,I might have gone completely mad in an already terrible situation.I am luckily the mother of two beautiful,living children,and I will never be hateful toward someone that chose an abortion when I do not know personally what they went through to lead them to making that decision.

Well, I say that in the first 3 months its just an embryo so its not a baby. Its not a baby until it gets in heart. But you're still pregnant. If you get what I mean. So i guess I half agree with you...sorta. But I'm not gonna get too into this question cuz i'll get myself worked up about it. I'm Pro Abortion, so yeah...
And what would you do if you were raped and found out you were pregnant if you're so against it? Would you like to mother a baby that should never have been yours? Would you like to make the baby live without knowing who the real father is? What would you tell your kid? "Oh honey, I never wanted you, I was forced to have you." ha, that would work...not.
And I'm not ignorant. sure, 5% isn't much, but it still makes a difference. That doesn't mean that it can't happen. Just like how using a condom isn't fully protective.

AAhhh...isn't the US great? It really doesn't matter how you feel, because it is legal right now. People are not stupid enough to believe that a terminated pregnancy isn't a baby. It depends how long the gestation of the pregnancy is. Medically, at 6 weeks the embryo isn't a baby yet. Thankfully when you get pregnant you can be Pro-Choice, but if you can't financially support yourself or have no insurance, I'll be mad if I have to pay your medical bills because you aren't responsible.

It's NOT a baby, you moron. It's an embryo for the first few days, until it implants in the uterus, then it's a FETUS. It's not called a baby until it's born. Yes, it's a baby the moment the sperm and egg meet. The heart is one of the first things formed. I am very much against abortion for any reason. Sometimes doctors say to abort because of birth defects detected. Sometimes they are wrong.

To Lulu, you could have put the baby up for adoption. I would have adopted him or her, regardless of who his or her parents were. The Father a rapist and the Mother a murderer.
