Star Wars...For sure

The Enterprise is lame compared to a Star Destroyer...

The Vulcan Death Grip is powerless when the hand gets cut off with a lightsaber.

Luv Star Wars but it is Star Trek all the way. Star Trek is the better written of the two, each episode is like a morality play.

Star Trek also inspired the imagination of scientists and engineers to create some of the most important inventions of the 2oth century.

I like them both but if I had to choose, I'd pick Star Wars. Trek is classic, but Star Wars is...well, Star Wars. Besides, nearly 30 years after I first saw the movie, I *still* want to be a Jedi.

I love both. They both are completely different. They both may have the same name pretty much, but are totally different. Star Wars is a lengthy story while Star Trek is the adventures, with a new adventure in each episode, of a federation starship in space. They both are good.

I'd have to say Star Wars because I think Star Trek can be a bit too dramatic and too far fetched at times. My husband loves them both.

I actually hate both. I've never been able to get into either one. If I had to pick one I'd lean towards Star Wars because Star Trek puts me to sleep.

The MATRIX - real story, original ideas, and no conventions where thousands of fans gather. Not just some dumb shoot-em-up bad-vs-evil thing. I only didn't like some of the 2nd episode since they made it look a bit too much like Star Wars

Wars. Trek seems like you have to make an actual mental investment into understanding all the characters, movies, episodes, versions of the show... life is too short for that.

Star Wars was the first action movie I actually got into, and I even went out and bought it after seeing it.

Star Trek.

A good portion of the 762 of episodes had creative thought, plot, and lessons in them. TNG especially.

Star Wars was just candy. All Sugar, no Substance.
