I would give 49.5 million of it away and after 2.75 hours of having an extreme amount of fun (you said this could be anything so I'm healthy in this one) with great friends and family, I would burn the rest (unless my friends/family decide to steal it off the counter first)

First I would give what is necessary to make sure my whole family would never need for anything, and the rest would go to creating things for youths to keep them off the street, and the elderly to make sure they were taken care of.
