Yes. I do what I can. I hold doors open for strangers...the other day I helped this lady get this small entertainment stand into her truck on my way in to Besy Buy...stuff like that.
More than pride, its a sense that I did my little part to make this a better world in times when people are just so hateful. Also, hey, maybe if I need a hand one day, Karma will remember me.
I dont really keep score on this. Its just the way I was raised.

Many times. I feel good if I throw a quarter in the salvation army slot. It don't matter how much you contribute.There is no better pride than to have some one thank you for something small to us, but to them, it was the world..

I volunteer for animals and hospitols all the time and i'm always proud of that.I make and buy things for people,donate to homeless shelters.I always feel proud when I do these things.It's always a good feeling to help someone.

I used to do little ''extras'' all the time when I practised nursing for my patients....don't get the chance much anymore in my retirement.

Ha! One time at volleyball practice, my friend forgot her knee pads so I sacraficed my left one and we each had one on. It was funny though, and it hurt!! But I felt great. =)
