hey.. i'm majoring in fashion so i think i can help. my sister is actually 13 and i help her with clothes a lot.
try these stores.. hollister, abercrombie, american eagle, aeropostale, H&M, Charlotte Russe, and Forever 21. They have a lot of gorgeous clothes at these places, so you can't really go wrong if everything matches. Maybe look through some teen magazines [cosmogirl.. seventeen.. those kinds of things] and see if you like an outfit.. then go try to match it at those stores. i'm sure you'll find a lot of cute things. what's great about theses stores are a lot of their clothes are meant to fit girls your age and up, so if you've been having trouble with pant length [only because you have a GORGEOUS height that everyone wishes they had]... i'm sure u can find something here.. try slims. i use those.. i'm 5'6 and i'm a size 3 in pants.. so it's hard to find things that are that lengthy. also, if they have, i know aeropostale does.. try LONG pants.. they have the L next to the size.
for the fall.. try cute cargo capris.. dark green or brown .. actually or white.. yeah those are really cute. try those with a cute top .. maybe a neutral color with some kind of small design on it that matches would be nice. also.. look at some of hollister and abercrombie's skirts... they're really cute with a little brown widebelt and a solid shirt.. ADORABLE!!
also, try maybe some flats [shoes].. flip flops, and sneakers... no heels.. you're too young.. enjoy your preteen stage while it lasts =]
for makeup.. don't really wear a lot... i'm sure you've already got the guys' attention with those legs =] lol ... so just maybe some light brown eyeliner on the bottom.. do it actually right under the eyelashes.. a lot of people say to do it inside.. but it makes ur eyes look smaller inside.. and your eyes look bigger outside.. go with outside... then just a tiny bit of mascara.. and a light pink gloss..
for hair.. just normal.. if you feel it's getting too long for you, cut it.. if you don't like it.. it'll grow back.. at least you tried it... try it down or in a ponytail or braided low pigtails are cute. also.. DO NOT USE A STRAIGHTENER.. trust me from experience.. it KILLED my hair. it's okay once in a while.. but try to blow it straight if possible.

If I were you I would look at some of hair styles they have had on the runway recently, super long hair is in, and you could make it a little funky with unique braids or the long shaggy bangs. . . congrats on losing the weight, but remember to be healthy and not to get carried away with the weight loss . . . try some deep plum color eye shadow (be very light with it, you're only 13) or some lip gloss with a tint of color. Check out Mark cosmetics made by Avon, their target market is your age and the cosmetics are compact so you can stick them in your pocket at school

Hmm, maybe just find some new clothes that really fit you (since your so tall that could mean pants that arent too short, etc). And maybe getting a new haircut will be good for a different look. But make sure its flattering for the shape of your face (i.e., dont get bangs if you have a longer face, it only makes it look even longer). Hope that helps! =)

Abercrombie and Hollister are very in right now. Go there.
Expirement with makeup and find the one that's best on you.
Get tanned. Not sorta, just really bronzed
Act right and be cute. Have confidence, cause confidence is key to everything.
