If you live in America, there are plenty of jobs for 14 year olds. Look for something your interested in. If your interested in skateboarding or sports, work at a sporting good store. You can always babysit if your mature enough. You can teach a younger child something that your good at. You can be a lifeguard if you have a certificate. Do something that interests you. Good luck!

Now and in the future if you want a good job don't use the word "nothing" that way! Ask one of your teachers to explain the proper use of the word nothing or you will go through life sounding like a crack addict on the TV show COPS, or a guest from the trailer park on Jerry Springer!!!

What about mowing yards or raking leaves, sometype of yard work.
Get a bucket and wash cars, or walk dogs. Do you have any marketable skills? Artistic? Good on the computer? Turn you hobbies in to a business. What do you do for fun? If you are good on the computer you could teach others how to do what you know how to do. If you are crafty you could make jewery and sell it, macrame braclets are big right now, and cheap to make. googlefor the how to's.
Don't be afraid to try something new!
Good luck!!
