Spooge.. how old are you?
And yes you can do a DNA test on it if your prepared to spend a $hit load of money.. oh and then you will run into the problem of how are you going to match the DNA? you cant get into private and confidential police DNA files, so how would you find the other person?

I don't think the owner would spooge his own sweater. Since you are an old person you probably spooged it yourself and forgot you did it.

Dna would tell whos dna it is. But you would need dna samples to comapre...
