The Muskrat Love header is bad. Remove it change the uranium dust in the internal Johnson bearing. Re-install, flip the switch and voila'.
Either that or you have the cartrige in backwards....lol.

It could be the flux capacitor (they don't last forever), but more likely you need to add a few cans of beer. Make sure to put the cans in with the beer.
