from disc or from programs such as Limewire...if from a CD you need to format the song to a .mp3 file .....from programs you look for the .mp3 exchange and download it

go to shareaza and download there program.
in the search bar, just type the music, movie, what ever u r looking for and it will download it to a file icalled downloads in ur documents.
