Old wounds will never heal. England and France have had many bloody confrontations. Even after World War II, the same bitterness returned.

Perhaps English are jealous of French for having French fries, giving out French kisses etc. They just have the English Channel that has been there to keep them hackneyed and not getting that polishing effect on their culture.

Take a european history class. Hundreds of years of wars and territory disputes have soured the relationship and spite still exists. No to mention EVERYONE hates the french they are worthless!
