You don't even want to go there. The war and strife and killing that would take place to determine who was in power in this 1 power nation would make what we see today a wiener roast. What do you think is creating the violence in Iraq now? Groups are trying to make sure the people they want it power are the ones who get into power. Taliban wants their people in power, Al Quida wants their people in power, etc.
