No way. Your counselor cannot legally have any kind of unprofessional relationship with you, and if he/she did, it could ruin their career. Not to mention, most people do get crushes on their counselors. It's normal. However, if you're gonna be silly and act on it, prepare to be crushed, AND have to find a new counselor.
