Apply for work visa in the Embassy/ High Commission of India in the country of your residence/citizenship. Find out the procedure, documents required and fees payable from their website and proceed accordingly.

Where are you currently locateD? How did you get the job? U say, u already have a job there, means u worked here? Then u must be having a visa to enter and work already.
If you just got a job and wanting to visit India for work, ask the employer to send all relevant papers to you to support your application for visa. Go to the nearest Indian Embassy and apply...

I don't understand if you already have a job there then how do you not have the visa? Are you working illegally?

go to the indian embassy / commission and you need to apply. also u can visit http://passport.nic.in/ - visas and check for yourself.
