She is very envious and she can't bear that me & my hubby r so happy together.. but I really like my brother-in-law and I don't know how to get rid of her without any reason.. I mean I cannot tell him that I don't like his wife.. my hubby hates her as well coz she is so sneaky... she does like I'm her best friend...my foot..

Look, they are a package deal, just like you and your hubby.
Unless you take a drastic step of telling her she isn't welcome in your home, or choosing not to hang out with them, in which case you will lose the time with bro-in-law as well .... you are going to have to just deal with her.
I suggest you get counseling to learn ways of dealing with this kind of person in your life, so that you respond in ways healthier for your own self.

Keep living well, thats the best thing to do, I wouldn't "try to get rid of her" because it'll just cause a riff with the family. Be a better person, keep the peace.
