Look, they are a package deal, just like you and your hubby.
Unless you take a drastic step of telling her she isn't welcome in your home, or choosing not to hang out with them, in which case you will lose the time with bro-in-law as well .... you are going to have to just deal with her.
I suggest you get counseling to learn ways of dealing with this kind of person in your life, so that you respond in ways healthier for your own self.
