If Allies other than the Russians got him, he'd be tried and hung or shot as a result of a guilty verdict re crimes vs. humanity. Had the Russians been first to him, he would've been flown straight to Stalin, who would probably have tortured him to death personally
for Hitler's violation of their non-invasion pact / invasion of Russia.

The British/American forces would have probably had some trail like they had with the other Nazi offiers. But if the Russians had gotten ahold of him--Wow--public torture--public execution and then draging his body thru the streets of every town in Russia!

Probably would have been prosecuted with the other war criminals at the Nuremburg Trials. Would have eventually been hanged or imprisoned so long while his fate was deliberated he would have died from natural causes. He was supposed to have been suffering from several disorders including Parkinson's and syphilis.
