tvguide.com enter your zip code, it'll ask if you have cable, there ya go. You can also type in your favorite shows and it'll tell you what channel they're on and when.

go to yahoo tv then it will ask you to put in your zip code then it will come up wiht a list of providers in your area select your provider and there ya go
