If you are truly patriotic...
-you do not shop at WalMart ..... agree
-you take an interest in learning about our constitution ..... agree
-you are actively involved in charity work, etc to help your fellow man ..... disagree, when my fellow man finds a way to stand together against a corrupt bureaucracy that gives away millions of tax payer dollars for ignorant spending programs for ignorant reasons to ignorant people then i might reconsider this.
-you work hard and spend your money wisely and don't like ungrateful people ..... agree
-you root for the underdog, you truly wish for everyone to succeed ...... agree
-you do not change your beliefs because of what is popular .... agree
-you have serious, tangible reasons for your voting record .... not applicable, i don't vote and never have and until the electoral college is done away with i'll continue not to vote.

Some people on Yahoo seem to think that it is cool for them to turn into passive-aggressive bungholes, hiding behind their screen names in their darkened room in their crap house and tell people off. it is seriously annoying when attempting to participate in an intellectual online forum to have these wise-*** idiots. I don't want or need their lectures on how their lives are better than mine, holier-than-thou dissertations on morals or religion and any of that other sh*t that they dole out.
Yes, I am down for talking some politics as soon as I find a question that actually seeks to have that discussion without disintegrating into a name-calling, hate laced diatribe. If you find these people that feel the same way, please let me know. Good luck.

Some people just don't like seeing different views than theirs and go on the attack. I'm guilty of this myself. Sometimes you just have to laugh off personal attacks. I myself get a kick out of when people talk about my grammar and not what I say, usually tells me I am right. If it is an outright attack or a deflecting post away from what you say, you are probably right as well.

I am sorry you were called a name for that, I am a pro/con walmarter myself. I love some of the deals I get there, yet I hate the way they treat their employees, so I make sure I let them know I appreciate them everytime I go in there. Which is one-two times a week.

Not all of us are rude and pigheaded; I'm sorry those types found your question. I would enjoy a decent conversation or question/answer, anything a little deeper than the list presented me tonight.

People can be very rude....don't take it personally. People also feel braver when they are behind a computer.
I don't agree with your definition of patriotism....but I agree that you have the right to say it....unfortunately, people have a right to respond..and it's not always pleasant.
