Honestly? Waxed dental floss. Just as strong (if not stronger) as nylon thread but at a fraction of the price.

magazines? I hate magazines... i love some particular authors that write secret, suspense novels ie, Jodi Picoult, Harlan Coban, and John Grisham are a number of my favs and that i'm into vampire novels at the moment.... Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse sequence.... won't be able to look to placed those down at the moment! : )

I use Fireline, and you can get it cheap at the fishing stores. It's the same beading wire you get at a bead store, but much cheaper.

I like Fireline also. It is very strong. I get it at Walmart. It great also because the roll last a long time.

I hear wireline is the best. Too stiff? You might want to go "Old School". Nothing beats OS. They're making wireline pretty pliable nowadays.

I still use Nymo, either with beeswax or thread heaven, depending on the project. I most often use size "B", doubled.
