If ur sitting beside a mexican kid who broke his leg and he's ur friend, and then theres this kid who is also ur friend is sitting with u guys. The friend who didn't break his leg asks the mexican guy if he broke his leg climbing over the fence to USA, would u laugh?
i started laughing my *** off and the mexican kid never spoke to me again...

Oh man. I would laugh my a** off too. If the kid can't take a joke then he's not even worth a friendship 'cause you can't have fun with him.

I would not laugh. You said that he's your friend. If that is true then you need to appologize for laughing. Most Mexican people are in the United States legally and worked very hard to get here. It is hurtful to say that someone got into the States illegally without knowing the whole story.

That would be funny if the mexican kid wouldn't be there! It's rude, you never know anyone's story and you might have really offended him. Who knows if his family had to go from Mexico to the Usin a hard ime. You just can't laugh like that. Your friend also has no common sense or decency and respect.

No, I wouldn't laugh, but I've had several years of experience to figure out that I wouldn't laugh. You on the other hand are still a mere child and need several more incidents such as this, and a few possible a** beatings to understand what is and is not appropriate. Good luck.

Wow, it amazes me that you would question that...I mean true all over us are considered immigrants..especially since Native Americans were here first...But don't you know that sometimes immigrants go through hell getting to America just to get a better life...True it may have been funny, but if you were the guys friend you should know what is funny to him or not.

I wouldn't have laughed because I don't find that funny at all. I think laughing at some else's expense is very cruel, but if you regret it & miss your friend, you should go over to him and apoligize.
