No, but they can make you appear in court and if you fail to appear they can arrest you for that. Dont let it progress that far and make arrangements to start paying back what you owe.

No, and if they are threatening you with that, you need to go online and search for the Fair Debt Credit Act. It will tell you your rights.

no you cant but if you dont approach paying your bills with the same fear you would going to jail you will find yourslef pennyless with no credit as you get older .......hows that for a fear

I don't think you can get arrested. If you have a job they will probably just garnish your wages.
