i'm asking bcuz i switched to a new job recently and i'll have conversations at the new place, or doing whatever job duty, and taking a new way home from work and stuff, and i totally feel like i remember thinking of having those experiences back when i was at my previous job.

I believe that Deja-Vu is future memory. Your subconscious mind knows the future and releases parts of it to your conscious mind while your sleeping. then when the event actually happens it is Deja_vu

I've had quite a few deja vu experiences and a few "visions" myself. The deja vu thing for most folks is a feeling like you have been where you are at doing the same thing before. That is what someone else called a hormone in the brain working.
As opposed to what I call visions, in which you actually remember what is going to happen, then stand back and watch it occur. Neat, but I recommend trying your best NOT to interfere with what is supposed to happen. I interfered as a teenager once and it threw my visions off for years afterward. Nowadays I rarely get one, and treasure it when I do.

I get Deja Vu a lot. From what I have heard, It's just the brain releasing endorphans or hormones at the time you realize, "Hey, I've done this before." I feel I have limited psychic abilities, and believe in Deja Vu, but this is what the medical world has come up with to explain it.

Deja Vu - "Seen Before"
To have the feeling that you have already experienced an event.
Most likely caused by minor disruption in brain function. A perceptual illision not unlike an optical illusion.

if you knew that ahead of time it would not be deja vu, it would mean you were clairvoyant. and if you do something repeatedly like get a phone call from your mom every day at 3 then it just is a memory of yesterday. tricky mind will let you know in advance that she is calling even if you are not near the clock to know it is going on 3.

I don't know if it is messages from the dead but I experienced it once in a dream. When my mom moved to her new house I had a dream about it and knew what it looked like before I even stepped inside. I can't think of any kind of sign or message I would have gained from this but it was kinda strange.

Could be... I've heard someone say that whenever we feel deja vu, we're remembering something from our premortal life, and it's a sign that we're on the right track. but then again i think that thats mostly just a seet happy thought thing.

I've heard that deja vu means that you are in the exact right place, at the exact right time.
