Jeff Francoeur, he is a great fielder and is hitting better now too.

The best hitting RF in the NL is
Lance Berkman - BA-318 OB%-403 SLG-602 RF-1.86
But Lance is pretty much a part time RF anymore, and he's an average defensive RF at best.
Kind of an unknow but the best "all around" RF this year in the NL has been.
Brad Hawpe - BA-300 OB%-384 SLG-529 RF-2.31
If a team needed a 2 hitter Bobby Abreu would be a good choice, he always has a great OB%, but he's not the defensive force in RF that he was several years ago.
The best RF in baseball this year, no doubt about it has been
Jermaine Dye - BA-316 OB%-395 SLG-620 RF-2.46
Great offense - great defense can't ask for much more
Vlad Guerrero would be a close second, he's a hitting machine and doesn't get the recognition he deserves for his excellent range..

I'll second - or third - Lance Berkman. Abreu may still be #2, as RF is not a real strong position in the NL this year.

In the NL I'd choose Bobby Abreu or maybe Berkman(How much is he playing in right?)
Vlad Guerrero would be my MLB choice.
Torii Hunter? Lew Ford? Yeah, right.
