School is coming up...How could i improve my look before it starts? i want to look H-O-T!?

Well school...Uh is coming up on aug 14. And i really want to look different before it starts...I know a lil late..but i want to try,and i would go outside and play or do something active,but It Rains ALL DAY
please help!

Oh i have dirty blonde hair,green eyes(sometimes blue),5'3 and tan kinda

and we have uniforms :(
red,gray,white shirts
blue jeans,capris,kaki pants,skirts(dont care for),and tennis shoes

Well if you don't think you look good then change. (Sorry I don't know what you look like so i can't be very detailed)

If you want to lose weight and have flat stomache do slow half crunches and hold position for five seconds before releasing.

If you want shapely thighs so leg litfs at 30 degree angels hold ten seconds before releasing.

Get you hair color and cut into a style that suits your face and skin.

Depends on you face if you want to have a tan.

Get some makeup, remember too much is bad but a little bit can enhance beauty ten-fold.

Try to be more confident in looks and appeal, be very social but don't say anything too mean.

if u r going 2 a new school this may b important.
so
try-
-a touch of sensual makeup to highlight ur best features
- a new cut! or a different way 2 style your hair. if u have blunt, straight, bobbed hair it makes u look younger. (and more babyish, lol)
- some clothes that u can wear again.... that r easy 2 match


But if u r going 2 ur old school just b urself! everybody knows u there and knows if u have a warm heart or cold one, and that is what counts.

It's never too late. That's not an excuse.
Workout and try to look good.
Get a really cute haircut. See what other girls have and find one that you love.
Expirement with makeup and find what looks best on you.
Have confidence, confidence is key.
And since you have uniforms, there's really not much to do with you clothes. Try getting some really cute accessories and stuff so that you always look good.

Get a hairdo thats really simple in the morning like push most of it to the side or do corn rolls. Wear some light and yet bold make up and jeans with a cute t-shirt and your good to go.

HAIR. hair changes the way u look, really it does. i changed my hair for school, and its the perfect look. and before i had my hair like this, i felt really insecure. and now, guys come up to my 24/7. the only thing i hate about it, is older guys try to flirt with me, because my hair adds like 5 years. im 13.
