I used to watch wrestling religiously but since I have joined the military, I have not really had a chance to, but I am wondering what ever happened to The Rock? He was THE reason why I loved wrestling so much(well, him and Stone Cold Steve Austin), but I was watching it recently and didnt see either of them. What ever happened? Where did they go?

The Rock won't be back for a looooong time. Maybe one or two appearances here and there. He just completed Gridiron Gang. Right now he is filming Reno 911!: Miami. And he has yet to make the movies The Game Plan and Spy Hunter: Nowhere to Run. And he just announced he's going to film Johnny Bravo.
So he just completed one movie, is filming another, and has yet to start filming the 3 movies he announced.
And let's say a movie takes half a year to a year to complete. So he won't be back for 2-3 years even if he wants to come back.

The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin are acting....rock is in hollywood, and Steve is with WWE Films.
The Rock might come back one day...also he;'s contract is over with WWE like last wrestlemania or 2.
Stone Cold, well he'll be makin appearences here and there..

The Rock was able to make the crossover to a mainstream actor... he's got the personality and the appeal, as well as the looks. As for Austin, he had problems with Vince McMahon, but they worked them out... however, because of his major health problems, he really can't wrestle much any more. He did sign a deal to do three movies recently.

The Rock went into movies (Rundown, Doom, Walking Tall, Scorpion King), and Stone Cold pops back on occasionally but no longer wrestles. I wish they would come back too, they would whip some of these new loudmouths into shape.

The Rock went to hollywood and became an actor while stone cold still makes appearances but mostly stays home and gets drunk!!!!

He's doing the movie thing, trying to be the next action hero star, if you ask me. I think he even has a contract with WWE's movie affiliates. Sadly, not even a hint of a rumor that he might return to the ring.

rock strated acting in movies stone cold still wrestles but dosen't do it as often like he use to!!
