"Sigmund and the Sea Monsters" ran for about two years, from 1973 until 1975.
Sigmund was a "rotten sea monster" who was kicked out of his home. On the beach he met up with Johnny (Whittaker) and Scott (Kolden). I seem to remember the boys spending a lot of time hiding Sigmund from his brothers. Billy Barty played Sigmund and Mary Wickes played the boys' guardian (I can't remember the exact relationship she had with them but she wasn't their mother).

Oh, Yes l remember it back in the early 70's. l sometime wonder what ever happen to alot of those Saturday morning tv show's that remind me of my childhood.

I watched it all the time! The thing I remember most is them using the 'shellaphone". and very cheap costumes.
I think Land of the Lost was on right after!
