How do you split the cost of family reunion, we asked family members to bring recipts. How would it work?

Divide the total cost of the family reunion, by the number of family members that gave you a receipt.

If there are other family members that attended, but, did not give you a receipt, ask them how much they want to contribute to the reunion, and make sure you get the money before they change their mind.
