larry johnson is the favorite for no.1 by most fantasy football team owners, but shaun alexander and ladanian tomlison are close seconds and thirds. Clinton Portis and tiki barber should round off that list. In my opinion, always draft an rb in the first round and, mattering about who's left, wr or rb.To help you, I'll give you my Top 10 of QBs, RBs, and WRs. But remember, these are just opinions, Don't base your draft on this.
QBs:
1. P. Manning - c'mon, always # 1.
2. M. Hasselback - on a great team, so expected to get great numbers.
3. T. Brady - hate pats, but gotta give tom some props.
4. E. Manning - better watch out Peyton, your bro's on the rise.
5. C. Palmer - If he didn't have the injury, he'd be higher, but if drafted, get a good backup.
6. D. McNabb - he's baaaack.
7. J. Delhomme - underrated and great steal.
8. T. Green- probably the only one high on him, but i still lik him.
9. D. Bledsoe - T.O. shouldn't give a veteran like this too much problems.
10. M.Bulger - a great recieving trio with holt leading the pack.
RBs:
1. L. Johnson - taking over priest's role.
2. S. Alexander - 3 letters: M V P.
3. L. Tomlison - even with the late year drop, he's still a top-tier running back.
4. C. Portis - showed he didn't need that Denver o line.
5. E. James - still can produce, even without peyton.
6. R. Brown - showed he can play last year, let's see if he can start.
7. T. Barber - can't deny the 1800+ yards.
8. R.Johnson - with palmer injured, should get a lot of rushes.
9. L. Jordan - 2nd biggest breakout last year.
10. S. Jackson - he's a producer.
WRs:
1. S. Smith - # 1 reciever last year and with Keyshawn on the other side of the field, opponents can't key up on him.
2. C. Johnson - he's gonna dance his way to the touchdown.
3. M. Harrison - how can it be bad when your peyton's # 1.
4. R. Moss - not only can he make smoothies, but he can score tds, too.
5. T. Owens - new team, new attitude (for the first year).
6. C. Chambers - 11 tds last year and with a new, healthy, culpepper at qb, it can't get worse.
7. T. Holt - still one of the top wrs in the league.
8. L. Fitzgerald - can go either way of the field, but he showed he was no. 1 in arizona.
9. A. Boldin - as i said above, can go either way on the field.
10. H. Ward - shouldn't be long before Big Ben is passing to his fav wr.
Hope that helped.
