Think why u want to come here.
If you want to study then apply to the institution who will send you the relavent documents.
If you want to some here and work then it's a differnt story. You may be able to get a working visa if you have the right skills. Or you could apply for assylum or immigration status depending on your circumstances (which if u are writing on here I'm guessing u aren't eligible to apply for assylum).

Contact the British embassy and see what they can tell you, as they will be able to tell you the correct information based on your circumstances.

You can get a work permit to come and stay/work for a while, but unless you get sponsored from either a work placement, or a family - I'm afraid you'll be asked 'nicely' to leave after a certain amount of time.
