Robert William ("Bob") Howard, aka Harcore Holly.
After an elbow surgery, he got a serious case of MRSA or Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)

In English, his wounds won't heal, for his body created strong resistant cells against methicillin, penicillin and most antibiotics.

Holly has been absent from in-ring action since the SmackDown! following Taboo Tuesday 2005, when he was a guest referee in a tag match featuring Rey Mysterio and Matt Hardy vs. John Bradshaw Layfield and Christian. He has recently been undergoing several surgeries to repair nagging injuries. He was hospitalized after a staph infection developed in an arm wound. The infection has since turned into MRSA, which has the potential to render Holly unable to wrestle.

He developed a staph infection in his arm after elbow surgery. It's life threatening and he's at risk of having his arm amputated.
