I just bought a jersey, but really have never had one before, and I am worried about the size of it. If it shrinks any after the first time I wash it, it may be too small. Do any of you know if this type of material (a football jersey) shrinks when it is washed? How should I wash it to keep it from shrinking?

If you have bought it off the rack or online, then it is nylon or polyester, which will not shrink after being washed. You should be ok.

Most sports jerseys are made of nylon, polyester, lycra and other non-shrinking material.
However, most practice jerseys are made of cotton or a cotton/polyester blend. Cotton shrinks when dried in a hot dryer.

My suggestion is to wash as described on the care tag of the garment and dry in an air cool cycle or just hang dry. Try not to wash in hot water as grass, dirt, and body oils might set into the material.

Was it expensive? If so, I would just have it drycleaned. Or you could just wash it by hand in cold water with Woolite instead of regular detergent. Hang to dry.

An attorney can guide you in the right direction by providing you with the legal ramifications of filing a bankruptcy. The attorney, however, cannot make the decision for you.
