i know of a really good seamstress in yishun. she does made-made gowns, and you can be sure there will not be a any dress of the same design elsewhere! Or you can show her your fav. prada pic too and she can make a duplicate drese out of that in less than $300. If only minor alterations, you can do it anywhere. vote me, and i'll give you the address, keke.

if u just need somebody for minor alterations, you can try any marketplace.. there's bound to be a seamstress in the market somewhere, especially those markets in amk and hougang.
if u r looking for more serious tailoring, u can try little india.
