I saw it today and I didn't like the very end when Jack was eaten.

I loved this movies. Sure, I got sad too when Jack is swallowed, but he'll come back in the third movie, so relax! Jack will be back! :-)

Well if Jack getting eaten was the last thing you saw then you didn't see the whole movie, cause Barbosa's back, and they're gonna go get Captaon Jack from the End's of the Earth, as well as the Pearl. As for being disappointed nope, I loved it! I've seen it twice and wanna go see it again! It was even better than the first and hopefully the third will be just as good if not better than both of them! Also I'm looking forward to seeing Kieth Richards playing Captain Jack's father!!!!!!!

the ending was only part of the movie's problems. First off, why was this allowed to go for 2 1/2 hours? Way too long!!!!!
The ending was very confused because obviously he didn't really want to die, he tried to escape but they played it like he was being "good". Also everyone's relationships were messed up by the end. Now they need to have a third movie because there was no finality to what happens to the characters

I am so happy to see a title like this. I mean everyone is talking about how good this movie is. It was good but it wasn't great. I asked one of my friends how was this movie. She said it was ****** awesome. Well I didn't get that response. Mines is a merely shitty okay response. Pirates of the Caribbean is an action/adventure with a touch of comedy. I got that but it didn't make me sit at the edge of my seat wondering what gonna happen next. I totally was disappointed not with the movie but the fact that I wasted my 10 bucks to go see it.

The thing that bummed me out was having to wait a whole year to see what happens in part 3!
We all know Jack will be fine, he will live inside the cracken for a while and find a way out!

I wasn't upset in any way. actually, I enjoyed it lots that I watched it 4 extra situations. i individually might desire to disagree with you on all you're comments; i think of Keira Knightly appeared her suitable in this action picture. after all, as somebody suggested, she became a Pirate. And Johnny Depp can save any action picture that needs saving. yet Pirates of the Caribbean does not desire saving in any respect. it extremely is the suitable action picture i've got ever considered.

i was not dissapointed!!!!!! the first time i saw it i was like "what the h*ell? that movie was stupid, a waste of time, and it made no sense!" but then i saw it a second time...and it made perfect sense!!!!!
jack got eaten so that they would have something to do in the third movie!!! (but he didn't die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I think it was pretty cheap of them to milk one plot to make 2 movies. Each sequel should be complete in and of itself. Weak!
