i saw it today with my best friend in high hopes that it would be as good as m. night's other movies but no no no... it was confusing, not scary and the actors were boring to look at. no lie.

I thought the movie was very different and I quite liked it. I thought it was brilliant that there were no stand out people in the movie. Perhaps "Story" was sent purposely to be among regular individuals. I could not leave my seat because I was trying to figure out who would be the Guardian, the writer etc.. I think his movies are a step out of the ordinary realm which makes them unique!

All M. Night movies suck. He got a rep thanks to the amazing acting of Joel Haley Osmont in his first flick. The guy's movies are boring and cliched. I mean Signs--what the hell was that?
Sorry, but as a horror flick guy, his movies are not scary at all. Tell him to go watch Evil Dead 2 or Fright Night on how to do good and funny horror. To creep us out go look at The Ring. To freak us out any of those Cennobite flicks Hellraiser, I think they are...second one is tres scary.

It was, wasn't it! I dragged my boyfriend with me to see it on a Friday night, after work. He fell asleep on it and I almost did. Somehow I followed the plot but the end still got no reaction from me except my happiness that it was over. One person decided to clap at the end of the movie and about half the audience booed him/her.

i thought it was pretty good actually. i didnt find it confusing at all!! i dont believe in movie reviews, if it looks good and i want to see it, then i'll go see it. but anyways, i liked the movie alot. :-)
