Melatonin is a natural chemical/hormone/whatever it is produced by the body to help people sleep. So how do "they" make it??

Melatonin that you are buying in the U.S. is synthetic -- they make it in a lab (this includes the melatonin you see in health food stores that is labeled "all natural" -- it too has been made in a lab). You used to be able to buy melatonin taken from cows, but that has been banned in most countries because of the risk of viral infection.

Melatonin is a hormone made by a part of the brain called the pineal (say: "pin-ee-all") gland. Melatonin may help our bodies know when it's time to go to sleep and when it's time to wake up. Melatonin supplements (in pill form) can also be taken. There are two types of melatonin that may be used in these pills: natural and synthetic (man-made). Natural melatonin is made from the pineal gland of animals. This form could be contaminated with a virus and is not recommended. The synthetic form of melatonin does not have this risk. If you are not sure if your melatonin is natural or synthetic, ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking it.

Hell Yes. But that's just bus. He's over the top when it comes to his concepts. But the production is a definite plus. Compare the overall cohesion of Mic Club to Rip The Jacker. Canibus just apppears a different calibre of artist when he's got the right beats.. (i.e. Liberal Arts) Features are good for it critically, but Canibus is just as good as R.A. at murdering dudes on their own tracks (I'm curious to see how it works in reverse). But I am excited to hear fresh G Rap verses...Half A Klip wasn't too bad..(Even with that Hailie Duff track LMFAO) but I think G Rap has more life in him lyrically than a lot of 80's - 90's debut artists who are still active. You know what...Army Of The Pharoahs is pointless. There I said it. It's just a load of tame Stoupe clones and MC's that aren't really fit to polish Vinnie and Apathy's boots lyrically. I dont mind some of the affiliates..i.e. Outerspace, Kamachi etc. But I dont see why Apathy doesn't join Jedi Mind Tricks full-time and get the most out of the project that way. Also, WTF do all those AOTP dudes sound so similar?

Although the melatonin that you can buy is actually a synthesized version of it. Cannot tell you exactly how it is made, but I can tell you that they do not drill into a person's head to get it.

its made with natural hormones for sleep and it works better if you take it at a time when you normally dont go to sleep its a wonder drug i use it and its better than any pres. i ever took
