im not sure how to answer this u need to give more details, why do u want ur hips spreading? well u can do sit ups with ur hip spread open, or u can spread ur hips and bend ur knees and move up and down by bending ur knees. thats all i can think of. hope this helps

Try doing some Yoga.
Lie on the floor, bend your knees & let your knees fall out to either side (the soles of your feet should be touching) & let gravity do the rest. This is a pretty good move for your hips to release.
There are other Yoga moves. I would invest in a book or take a class.
