it really depends on what you define as "white". I'm considered "white" but my ancestry is Cherokee Indian.
Sure there are indigenous "white" people you just need to clarify yourself. Check out these sources and then please, update your question.

Yes. We didn't ALL invade other people's countries you know!!
; )
It depends how far they were allowed to travel before YOU classify them as an invading force...!
Try Europe - it's impossible to know exactly which part of Europe any individual originates from, but small villages up in the mountains probably contain direct descendants of the indigenous sludge-monsters..! You know what I mean ... we all walked out of the primordial sludge! Their ancestors probably lived in the same part of the mountains thousands of years ago!
Of course, if you're a Christian, then you'll have to find the garden of Eden and see if there are any white people living there ... if so, then THEY would probably be indigenous...! (Christianity kind of messes up the theories about indigenous peoples ...!)
Britain is not such a good place to look, although it DID used to be connected to Europe, so it doesn't make any difference that so many Europeans invaded in latter years and polluted the blood-stock!!

The only ones I am aware of are the Celts in far western England (bet you thought they disappeared! Well, they were driven west by the invading Germanic peoples who now make up the majority of the English population of today), the Welsh from, again, Western England, and to an extent the Scottish and Irish.

No. Because we are an invading alien species sent to bring technology to the primitive residents of Earth. Before we so cruelly invaded Mesopotamia 6000 years ago, there was no wheel, no controlled fire, and no writing. But all of the OTHER races were hunting and gathering in peace, eating each other only on rare occasions!
Look, there is one race, the HUMAN one! Otherwise it is geographic variation.

That would be the Aryan race of Nordic descent to the best of my knowledge. You might also mean people in Great Britain, they are white skinned mostly...what exactly are you trying to find out?
