Tennessee...the Smoky Mountains are wonderful. Got married there. The air and water are so clean. The people are nice too.

California. It has everything. Big cities, mountains, wilderness, beaches, agriculture, 11 professional sports teams, Hollywood, diverse culture, great weather especially in San Francisco, Kobe Bryant, the X-Games, a bunch of theme parks (Disney Land, Six Flags etc), an actor as a governor, and the Playboy Mansion. You should visit California, it's the best place to live in the U.S.

Wisconsin, no longer the home of happy cows nor the dairy state, but now the nation's leader in rat poison. It's actually a pretty great place, all 4 seasons. Big city life. Quaint little towns. Also including, the waterpark capital of the world.

Oregon. It's between California and Washington (second and third favorite states). Oregon also has: no sales tax; progressive areas, assisted suicide law, good environmental protections; a magnificent coast and great parks; Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge; Ashland and theater; Portland, a dynamic city.
