My sis is 13 1/2 and is 5'1" and she is 100 pounds. It depends on if your weight is made up of fat or muscle. It may not be health though. Just do more physical activities! Like Cardio. I love cardio, It helps to burn fat fast!

He is STILL WITHIN THE NORMAL LIMITS BASED ON THE definition of obesity issued by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. "Overweight" is a BMI calculator value between 25 and 29.9 and "obesity" is a BMI value greater than or equal to 30..In the case of your brother who has BMI of 23.9 , he is just about 8 lbs above the average so it is still considered normal though the BMI calculator analyzes it as overweight. You might be interested to know better on average weight using the basal metabolic index calculation (BMI=KG/M2) ,please see the link below.

According to this wieght chart you at bit over weight for height age and weight. But if you were to lose about 10 pounds you would be at a healty average weight for you. GOod luck

140 isn't all that overweight, but losing ten pounds might not be such a bad idea.
