Well it stands to reason Superman looks no different naked than a human which is one of the reasons Earth was selected by his father so he could blend in with the population If there was something "SUPER" about his penis and would have been a cause for suspicion his Earth parents the Kents would have taken great measures to protect their son's secret from being discovered. However since he had a fairly normal school experience which must have included showers Clark Kent must be no more or less than the rest of us. Yet due to his density and his Superstrength/ ( Endurance) Superman's penis would probably prove to be quite injurous to the tissues of a human female( and likewise if he were gay) threrefore Superman must abstain from sex with humans and was only able to have sex with Louis after having his powers removed as seen in Superman II Since Superman's DNA was altered temporarily he was able to concive a child as seen in Superman Returns
