Clint Eastwood... he is so successful and he really convinces the audience so well. He impenetrates his characters and makes them believable. The manner in which he becomes the character is cool too. I listened to an interview on Windows Media Player Guide (national public radio) that he does his takes all on one shot tries to think about the purpose of the character and puts the expression on the screen for the audience. He didn't go home and tried to practice "Are you feeling lucky, Punk. well do ya" in the mirror, although that would have been hilarious.
That is why I think he's the best actor.

I think that Willem Dafoe is an excellent actor. He is often underrated but he is THAT good. As for the women, I do not have one as I am yet to see a really great actress...
