You will be find with your drivers license and birth certificate! The rules will be changing so make sure you get a passport if you plan on Travelling out of the US in 2007!

Birth certificate and Driver's License are enough for US citizens for now, but a passport will be necessary in the future. I would invest in getting your passport - it makes life SO much easier.

I go to Canada a few times a year. Ive never had anything more than a drivers license.

I think for this year, DL and BC is good enough. But I believe as of Jan a passport is needed.

It would depend on what the color of your skin is. Trust me on this. Even when you have a US passport, you still get questioned if you are not of the right "color."

no passport is needed....yet. The rules are chaning starting in 2007.
