Not yet. Oh do you know the saying. We are not sure how world war three wil be faught it will be really highly advanced, but then then world war 4 will be faught with sticks and stones after that devistation.
Yeah the media calls Bush Mr a great deal that is all I am comfortable calling him or his own self proclaimed name "the decider" The have their little nick names. So cute brownie not there obviously. The decider, Condi because they cannot pronounce her given name. Mr Bush, Bushy or the decider fit him fine. I cannot use the "P" word it is so uncomfortable like cursing.

I do not think there is likelihood of world war three. Just look at the circumstances which led to World War One and Two. There is no aggressive mad world leader or a nation hungary to usurp others. There is more understanding, better communication. I think only sparring over major economic issues. Most issues are settled b dialogues, bilateral or multilateral.

World War 3 is almost impossible. Certainly the countries with nukes aren't going to nuke each other.
But what if a new irresponsible country gets nukes and uses one? I think the UN would just demand a change of leadership in that country and if they refused to back down then a multinational force would disarm them (by nuking them if necessary).
I can't imagine any circumstance that could involve all nations in a fight with each other. It will always be limited wars from now on.

Are we headed for World War III? Maybe. All three Abrahamic (Muslims, Jews, Christians) religions believe in the messiah. Pray for the messiah to come and bring lasting peace before the world destroys itself.

i don't think we are in the near future because all the world leaders know that if there is a WW3 it WOULD be the end of the world, and i personally can't see someone destroying the world over the conflicts today. there is a huge difference between car and even 9/11 and starting nuclear war

Given current events, one of two things is likely to happen: Economic collapse, then a large number of minor wars over what's left of the resources, or a HUGE war just before economical collapse sending us all into a dark age.
... I have been known to be a melodramatic pecimist.

All this talk about WW3 is only designed to scare people enough that they'll keep voting for the Republicans (who are responsible for the egregiously bad policy decisions that have plunged the world into what minor conflicts there happen to be). Don't be a sucker. Don't buy into the fear and worry.

I say it's already began, we just havn't called it WWIII yet.
Seriosly, why can't we all just be nice to each other? I f i were the president i'd make world peace and not fight with any other countries, why do we need to anyway? Were all people and were spose to be running this world working with each other. This is why the world is so screwed up cus were all bombing the hell out of each other instead of worrying about all the other things we did to the earth and trying to fix them.

If you really think about this, I think it makes sense.
The Middle East has been fighting since the dawn of time so, they are still fighting the 1st WW.
WW 1 should actually be WW 2
And WW 2 should have been WW 3
There by making the third world war - already fought.

Don't fear. I grew up in the 1980s and I'm sure anyone here who grew up in the 50s thru 80s will tell you that we ALL thought that the world was only 44 minutes from vaporization. It didn't so all that fear was for nothing. Relax.
