I watch a lot of stuff at conventions.
I also download shows that aren't yet available in the US.

If at any point a show I liked becomes licesensed, I buy the DVD.

If I find a show that might be interesting, but not sure if I'll like it, I rent it, and if I like it, I'll buy the DVD.

I never use You Tube. I actually hate that site, and feel that it is an offense to the people that have worked so hard to get anime as reconized as it is today.

I feel the whole "I'm poor" thing is a sad excuse since so are the people that save up their money and buy the DVDs. I know I do. I work long hours at a very grueling kitchen job and barely make my bills on time. Still, I cut out something every week and save my money up to get a DVD.

If you're saying "I'm poor" and still go to the movies more than twice a month, buy new clothes more than once every few months and more than two outfits at a time that aren't off of the clearance rack at Wal Mart, eat at Mc Donalds or some other restaurant on a daily basis, and buy other DVDs or video games on the regular. Then you aren't poor, you just have poor budgeting skills.

So as you can tell, I buy my anime, and if it happens to come on TV and isn't butchered beyond comprehension, then I'll watch it there too.

I download most of what I watch. However, I sometimes buy DVDs to support the shows that I like, and stick through the dubs on TV for the sake of raising the ratings.

Living in the UK I have no choice but to buy DVDs, which are released here about 2 years after the US, if they're released at all. They're all really expensive as well (£20 each). It sucks!

lease from netflix. i replaced into downloading and burning, yet with new video clips continuously popping out, i got here across that I infrequently watched a movie better than once, so what's the point of burning.
